Big Horse Saint Stephen Saison

On Tap at the Brewpub pours out a cloudy yellow topped with a white head. nice body and a little coconut sweetness on it .

On Tap at the Brewpub. Odd light yellow color for what I anticipated the style to be. Aroma is slightly fruity and citrusy spicy. Slightly sour flavor with a few spicy, cit\us peel notes. Interesting.

Tap @ Brewpub: Hazy yellow, nice white head and lacing. Nose of light lemon and sour yeast, floral herby hops and light pilsner malts. The flavor is bright with coriander and orange peel, sweet residuals and a grassy tart mouthfeel. A smooth balanced finish, light vanilla in the tail and well blended. A bit too orangey though like an orange julius or those orange dessert bars.
