Tap at brewery. Ginger. That is what this is all about. Lots of the stuff, dripping with ginger in the nose, flavor and aftertaste. Initially it’s pretty shocking, after the first three gulps it tones down and is actually not unpleasant to drink. Suprisingly two beer novices that I shared this with enjoyed it. Medium golden in color, head fades pretty quickly with no real lacing left. An interesting beer although one I wouldn’t drink with regularity.
