Clear orange color with a beige head. Sweet malts, orange marmalade, treacle, citrusy hops. Sweet, tangy, mineraly....has a sweet citrus follow, like a kids breakfast cereal that fades to a bitter aftertaste. Light carbonation, alcohol noticeable in the aftertaste, warming. Not bad but didn’t make any noticeable impression on me.

Bottle. Clear deep golden color, medium white head. Nice aroma of lightly spiced citrus. Taste has bittersweet orange, light pine. Very tasty.

22 oz bottle. From a supermarket in Honolulu, HI. Cloudy golden amber color with a big fluffy white head. Sweet fruits, air, mild sweetness and sweet dried pineapple in the aroma. Feels a bit old. The flavor is tea and resiny hops, mild bitterness, dryness, tree leaves and malt. Unfortunately this ain't fresh. But that was a problem in Hawai'i... Getting fresh bottles from the supermarkets. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Aroma is sweet with decent sticky hop character. Amber-gold color with slight white head. Hop forward and dry with a nice sweet malt backbone. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Hazy amber, bit of foam. Aroma is really fresh, soft, fruity. Cucumber. Very hoppy, herbs, grassy, dry bitterness. Nice and easy IPA. Body is strong too, some citrus and grapefruit.

Bottle, thanks Tim E. Nice, fruity, orange and tropical. Nice. Good stuff. Near the end of the tasting so notes are limited.

Bomber from Hayduke. Deep golden and clear. A soapy off white head leaves some lacing. Fresh citrus fruit hop aroma is somewhat sharp. The flavor also has a fresh hop flavor. Citrus is very much in front. Some spiciness behind that. Bitterness is noted but is not big. There is just a little pine in this beer. Caramel and paler malts are a nice offset. More citrus emerges mid glass and it brings some tropical fruit, too. This had just a little edge to it. Nice beer.

This was a 22 oz bottle purchased at the Waikialoa Village store on the Big Island of Hawaii. Pours a hazy amber with a dingy off-white head. Light lacing. Nose of citrus and pine, and tropical fruit .Medium in body with a moderately resinous moth feel. Flavor is caramel malts and citrus/pine and a lightly and mango finish. Very nice drinking.

Bottle. Head is initially average sized, frothy, white, mostly lasting. Body is light to medium amber. Aroma is moderately malty (cookie, caramel), moderately hoppy (apricot, grapefruit), with notes of lemon zest, dried mango, fruitcake. Flavor is moderately to heavily sweet, lightly to moderately acidic, lightly to moderately bitter. Finish is lightly to moderately sweet, lightly to moderately acidic, moderately to heavily bitter. Medium to full body, syrupy/velvety texture, lively carbonation, moderately alcoholic. Big and sweet, with a mighty bitter finish...this drinks more like a DIPA. The aroma is nice, lots of tropical fruit and rich malt. Not something I can drink much of, but nice to sniff.
