COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This crowd pleasing beer is brewed with the Hawaiian Cowboy in mind. It is bold and robust yet balanced and features a hearty British Maris Otter malt backbone and an American hop blend that brings to mind tropical fruit.

Golden-amber. Aroma is earthy, c-hoppy notes with a bit of crystal or munich malt. Earthy Liberty Ale character - maybe with a bit more malt - but balanced and clean.

Pours clear amber. Nose has a jungle of tropical fruit and flowers. Taste is just pure hops with caramel and minute tropical hints. A long, smooth after taste.

Almost amber pour with creamy off white head and lace. Aroma of bread, caramel malt and citrus/floral hops. Sweet caramel, citrus notes, and a medium bitter. Medium bodied and fizzy.

Poured ahazy orange amber with a lasting ivory head. Aromas of biscuit, citrus and earthiness. Palate was light to medium bodied and smooth. Flavors of bread, tropical fruit and citrus with a smooth lingering fruity finish.

Draft at brewery: Another very sessionable beer. Gentle caramel flavors complemented earthy, mildly bitter hops. Very balanced and drinkable. This one was a bit mellower, hop-wise, than Pau Hana Pale Ale.
