COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
A classic robust porter spiced with all-natural toasted coconut and award winning locally-grown and roasted Hamakua Coast White Mountain Coffee. Black in color and crowned with a creamy, dark tan head, toasted coconut and roasted coffee aromas are followed by hints of rich, silky dark malt and chocolate; balanced with hoppy spice finish.

Draft at brewery: Extremely delicious beer with incredible aromas. Right off the bat, coconut and chocolate filled the olfactories. A super-smooth and creamy texture followed. Then, a big, cake-like sweetness came along with a balancing zip-zing of hops. The beer also had other flavors and aromas of coffee, vanilla and light roast that drifted in and out of a mild bitterness in the finish, creating even more depth. This was one well made, fresh and tasty beer, and it was one of my favorites from this brewery. My only qualm was that it’s kind of dessert-like, so I could only have one ... but I really wanted more.
