Cask at GBBF 2014. Slightly grainy and thin but some decent citrus character. Not the best example of the style but perfectly drinkable.

Pint at the Wheatsheaf Felling. Bright Gold, thin white head. Caramel straw, and farmyard, aroma. A hint of sauvignon and candy in the flavour, but there is an unbalanced astringency spoiling for a fight. Thin bodied, watery if I’m honest. Not Big Lamp’s best.

Fine looking golden ale with a small healthy head. Balanced hops and malts in both aroma and flavour and has a healthy taste.
