3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20 bartlebier (462) - Baden-Württemberg, GERMANY - DEC 20, 2012
75cl bottle, Geers - Surprisingly light and dry chocolate stout with only 6ABV - drinkable and pleasant with light toasted notes. Could be a bit more full-bodied and rounder, but the chocolate bitterness is a nice touch for a stout this light. In the same category but: finer than the Dupont Monk Stout and not as luxurious & fullfilling as the JeanChris No. 2.
