Dark brown almost black color, good large beige head.
Aroma chocolate, sweet. Medium body.
Taste bitterness, coffee, roasted malts, dark chocolate.
Good brew.

Clear dark red brown colour with a large, frothy, good lacing, mostly to fully lasting, beige head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, roasted, caramel, choclate. leather. Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet and moderate bitter with a long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20120128]

Bottle, bought @ Etre Gourmet.
Pours completely black with a firm, staying, frothy, beige head. Aroma has mild coffee, some dark chocolate, plums and lactose. Highish carbonation, fine light and mild creamy mouthfeel. Flavour has roasted malts, light coffee, plums, raisins. Again some lactose. Good malty roasted bitterness towards the end. Fine stout.

Bottle at Vilvordia. Very dark maroon color, large beige head with great retention and solid lacing. Aroma of milk chocolate and cocoa powder. Taste is coffee and dark chocolate. Light body. Nice.

Bottle. Pours a black color with a longlasting tan head. Has a roasted malty chocolate aroma. Roasted malty chocolate flavor with hints of caramel. Has a roasted malty chocolate finish.

Aroma is very hoppy, quite some roast as well. Promising. Flavour is liquorice, light hop, roasty, quite bitter. Nice.

Bottle in train, Belgium - Going from ACBF 2012. Almost black - offwhite head. Licorice. Chocolate. Yeasty. Nutty. High malty. Light phenolic. LIght vanilla notes. Dry burned. Very nice.

75 cl bottle. Pours dark brown with a huge tan head. Aroma is dark roasted malty and light fruity. Crisp hoppy, mild yeasty, dark liqourice malty. Lasting bitter and dark roasted malty flavoured finish.
