Dec 29, 2008 on tap-pours a foamy white head and gold color. Aroma is sweet grain. Taste is sweet grain, balanced spice hops (Hallertau?). Dry finish.

Jul 16, 2008 Draft in Nashville. Golden in the glass with a frothy white head. Subdue aromas hops and citrus. The flavor is grassy backed with hops and citrus. Light, crisp and a very slight bitter aftertaste.

Jun 10, 2007 Sampler at the Nashville location - Poured a golden amber in color with a thin whitish head. Aroma was slight of flowery hops. Flavor was medium strong of hops and also medium bitter. Finish was clean and bitter. Not the best pilsner I’ve had, but drinkable.
