Light golden in color, clear with a thin head. Light Pils taste. This was a average with a light buttery taste.

Draft sample. Poured clear golden color with an average fizzy white head that was mostly lasting and good lacing. Moderate floral hop aroma. Medium body with a smooth texture and soft carbonation. Medium bittersweet flavor with a medium sweet finish of moderate duration. Solid brew.

Clear golden with a white head. Aroma lightly floral and citrus hops and grain. Taste is light malt with a mild bitterness. Light bodied. Not a particularly bold pils, but enjoyable nonetheless.

Gold body with a thick white head that leaves dense lacing. Bready and floral aroma. Pretty tasty, hoppy finish. Light bitterness. Pretty good.

Hm really not too bad of a beer. Subtle hints of citrus and grain in the aroma and flavor. Pours the typical clear golden color with a small white head. Crisp and clean finish. Nothing special here but it’s a refreshing beer that I could definitely drink a lot of in one sitting.

#1 of the night. Poured into a pint glass.
3.5 A: Came without a head. Super clear golden yellow.
3.5 S: Clean and grainy. Light grassy hops.
3.5 T: Incredibly clean. Light graininess and light neutral maltiness. Just a touch of grassy hop flavor.
3.5 M: Lighter body. Good moderate carbonation. Crisp and super smooth.
4.0 D: Incredibly drinkable. So super clean. Could be a bit tastier, but definitely possible to drink a few in a night.

Darkish yellow, with a big white head. Bready, lightly spicy aroma. Lighter bodied. Grainy at first, with a crisp and clean hop finish. Not bad.

Draft during Doc Lock Disney Fest October 2010. Pours deep gold with white head. Nose is pale malty, hops, and slight fruit. Tastes hoppy, pale malty, and very peppery spicy. Medium to light on the palate, this one is good enough to growler, if they had growlers.

Au fût @ Big River Epcot, Floride.
Une simple pils avec un profile allant nettement vers le côté houblonné, le tout garde un aspect de citron avec un palais savonneux et pin.
Le serveur confirme que ils ont un nouveau brasseur et que l’ancien avait tendance a faire trop usage du houblon. Ceci explique peut être cela, n’empêche cette bière est dans la lignée de ce que j’ai pu goûter à Big River, moyenne voire médiocre.
