A true west coast style American IPA. Bravo for bittering, cascade, chinook and Mt. hood for aroma. High quality Canadian pale malts and British origin crystal 60 provide a malty canvas for this hop centric IPA.

Clear light copper body with a small wispy white head. Nose is pretty light, just a minimal floral and citrusy hop note over a caramel and toasted malt base. The bitterness of this is a bit harsh for the malt backbone, and there’s a slight chemical note on the finish as well that builds as you have more and more. Light bodied and fizzy. Pretty bad, worst of the bunch.

Poured an orange color with aromas of citrus, pine and some caramel. Flavors are the same mild flavors overall best beer of the day from these guys.

On draft at Big River. This one pours a mellow orange with a white head. Nose is lots of caramel and sweetness followed by the caress of some nice citrus hops. Flavor is similar- nice relatively light IPA with a mellow sweetness and complementary citrus flavor. Light to medium in body an lingering citrus in the finish. I’ll have another.

on tap-pours an off white head and hazy amber color. Aroma is soft pine, hint of malt. Taste is pine/orange hops with some bite, secondary sweet light/medium malt. OK carbonation.
