Fightfire4beer (117), Virginia, USA Dec 13, 2007 Draft.Light copper color with a medium white head. Sweet, floral, hoppy nose. Sweet citrus flavor. Moderately hoppy. Slightly bitter finish. Okay beer. B VTHopHead (666), Barre, Vermont, USA May 27, 2007 Sampler at the brewpub - Poured a dark golden amber in color with a small whitish head and some lacing on the glass. Aroma has some hopiness and some sweet maltiness. Flavor was slightly sweet but a fair amount of hop flavor. Finish was sweet... OK, but not great... KDorgan12 (160), Memphis, Tennessee, USA Jan 2, 2007 Draft - Nashville. Golden color with white head. Floral hoppy aroma with a bitter start but aftertaste gets sweet just before off-flavors take over. Possibly too much chlorine in water. illinismitty (1397), Nashville, Tennessee, USA Aug 13, 2006 Draft at music city brewers festival. Pours golden with white head. Faint fruity aroma. The use of honey malt with the hop profile makes this one a little more flavorful than most golden ales that I try from brewpubs. This is a solid refreshing brew if you enjoy this style. And on hot summers days, I do. This would also be a good crossover beer for the adventurous BMC drinker Papsoe (9980), Frederiksberg, Denmark Apr 23, 2006 (On tap) Pale amber with an off-white head. Very discreet aroma with a wee whiff of caramel. Very light-bodied, vaguely caramelish with a distinct hopping from the Liberty hops that also leave some bitterness. Refreshing all right. 290306
