COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
The lightest beer in color and body in our lineup. Southern Flyer Light Lager is a refreshing beer and a true American lager. Liberty hops add to its all-around great taste.

(On tap) Nashville. Very pale pilsener golden with a creamy, white head. Rather light aroma of malt. Very light body, vague notes of malt - and then what seems to be a typical American brew pub twist - a nasty tang of mold. No hops. 290306

Tap at Seven Bridges during RBWG 2013. Pours clear yellow with a filmy white head. Simple dough and cereal aroma, hints of straw. Light sweet flavor, basic doughy pale malts, white bread, biscuits, very little bitterness. Light bodied with average carbonation. Simple pale, doughy malt finish, light hay, white bread. Draft. This brew appers to be a commercial effort to please the light beer drinkers at a brew house. Had a little more character versus most moist air lights. Hope it helps the corporate cash flow.
