hopdog (4950), Lansdale, Pennsylvania, USA Feb 17, 2006 On tap at the Disney World Boark Walk location. Poured a medium to deeper and cloudy golden color with small sized white head. Aromas and tastes of wet grass (not present in the tastes), citrus and somewhat earthy. Lively body. BückDich (4618), Boise, Idaho, USA Jan 13, 2004 About as average as pale ales come, this one had a little more of a floral nose than some but ended up being a bit too watery for me. jcwattsrugger (4272), Florida and, New Jersey, USA Dec 12, 2005 Big River Disney World-Tilt Pale Ale(Gordon Biersch)-on tap-pours a creamy white head. Color is red/orange. Aroma is hops. Taste is hops, smooth, sweet, malt. OK carbonation. thedm (3407), Fort Wayne, Indiana, USA Dec 19, 2003 TheDM and Hotstuff vacation brew 73. This draft brew was sampled at the brewery on the Boardwalk at Disneys Epcot Center attraction near Orlando Florida. This brew poured a small head of fine to medium sized off-white colored mostly lasting bubbles that left behind a uncarbonated golden brown colored transparent body and a fair lace. The aroma was a very mild malt hop one and the mouthfeel was tingly from the hop. It had a slight carmel malt flavor and strong hops. hotstuff (3060), Indiana, USA Dec 22, 2003 Big River-Boardwalk at Epcot Center-Orlando. This beer's appearance was a small sized ivory head with fine-small bubbles that mostly diminished. The body was uncarbonated and transparent with a gold-orange hue. The nose was hoppy with a light bitter and mild hoppy flavor. The mouthfeel was smooth and this was a light-medium APA with good lacing.
