Lemon, eggs, vegetables (DMS) and hops in the bizarre and unpleasant aroma. Clear, light golden body with non-existent head. Mildly sweet and grassy flavour. Watery and thin. Bottle "enjoyed" with beerhugger, CapFlu, DumDum, muzzlehatch, radiomgb and Rastacouere.

Celebration November 2004 at CapFlu’s place. Clear gold in colour, no head. Aroma of sour lemons and grains. Flavour was rather sweet, some corn and lemons. Very light and thin body. Finishes very quick. Thanks for supplying this beer CapFlu (I guess).

Probably the highlight...er....lowlight...of the bad-beer portion of the evening at tasting in Ottawa. CapFlu was either being very generous with us or was punishing us for somehting. You could read-a-book through this almost clear beer but then you’d be up close smelling the corn-fields gone bad, lemony aromas. Oddly after all the negative build-up it was somehow drinkable. Very mildly sweet thin beer - cheers to Todd for caring enough to bring it back from his visit to the Prairies.

muzzlehatch (4425) - Burlington, Vermont, USA - NOV 9, 2004
Bottle, forced down with CapFlu, tiggmtl, Rastacouere, Beerhugger, Radiomgb, and DumDum in Ottawa. Stephen says "eggy"...yeah I guess...but I also got lovely spoiled lemons and perhaps some refuse from behind my apartment...it’s a very clear liquid...on the tongue it’s intensely sour, with spoiled fruit and an artificially sweet finish. Weird, in a very bad way.

Lubiere (6979) - Ottawa, Ontario, CANADA - OCT 17, 2004
Light yellow lager with a thin white head. Strong DMS boiled corn aroma. Fresh malty flavour with milk biscuits taste , very little hops...Ths is probably one of their regular beers with a different name and label, for a contract brew. Trade with Capflu. Thanks pal.

CapFlu (3798) - Victoria, British Columbia, CANADA - SEP 23, 2004
(Bottle) Pours a thin, white, quick-dissipating head with a clear, lightly-carbonated golden body. Nose of corn, malt and cooked vegetables. The flavour of corn carries undertones of dimethyl sulfides is also somewhat lactic. Finish is milky and uneventful.
