12oz bottle from the mighty hoppymeal - thanks, Derek! Dusky red/brown pour with a modest amount of prickly carbonation here. Nose is fairly soft skins/pits of dark cherries, tart but balanced out by the wood. Taste is very funky and astringent, more like Red Poppy than a tripel. Very tasty though!

In short: An oaky dry cherry fruity beer with a farmhouse twist. Very good.
How: Bottle 12oz. Consumed 6 months after receiving if from a few kids who are barely legal age to drink, thanks a lot kids
The look: Clear amber-red body topped by a pinky ring of foam
In long: Nose is moderate cherry, a bit musty/wet basement, barrels of some kind, farmhouse sensation. Taste is clean, refreshing, low-sweetness cherries, dry oak, light presence of tannins, citrusy notes, lemon juice, a tiny bit of funk, medium tartness, light acidity. Smooth carbonation with a juicy body. Finish is pleasantly dry and oaky. Overall I thought this was a rather straightforward refreshing fruit beer, even at 8.5%. Good stuff here. Yet another beer I’d like to drink again and again. I already drink way too much and I have no desire to stop, I’d like to drink even more, I think it’s time for me to join Alcoholics Ambitious.

Shared by emacgee. Pinkish orange. Odd cherry orange lemon funky nose. Taste like cheap cherry pie filling and some lemony notes.  Chemical and pretty bad.

Thanks emacgee for sharing. Pours amber orange with a small white lace. Notes of plastic, lychee, a bit of berry fruitiness, chemicals, diacetyl. Gross.

Pours soft light copper with one finer of off white head. Nose is weird, chemically with some diacetyl . Rancid flavor, rotten cherry. Not my thing.

12 ounce thanks to mikem409. Almost pink lemonade color. Big sour fruit with strong oak finish. Interesting combination. Oak drowns cherries a bit, but adds interesting twist.

Pours a hazy reddy brown colour, not too much in the aroma, a bit of sourness. Great taste, sour, tart and fruity. Taste lingers for a while, great beer.

Pours an opaque rose/amber color with a medium pink head. Aroma has notable sour cherry...slightly boozy...a hint of oaky vanilla. Flavor is dominated by oak...slightly vinous...hint of vanilla...sour cherry is present but overpowered by the oak. Mouthfeel is light and lively...finish is super oaky and dry. They overdid the oak or needed more cherry but not bad.

Another awesome bottle shared by Sean at 3F. Cloudy light brown pour with a white head. Sour cherry aromas. Outstanding with sour cherry , vanilla, and oak notes. Wow, what a freaking good fruit beer......
