Commercial Description:
This lager is made for a low carbohydrate profile by extending the mash time temperatures then fermented with a special yeast strain for a clean after taste. Order two steaks to go with this very light and refreshing beer.

12oz Bottle. Noses in applesauce and sewage treatment plants. Enteric and sour. Pours a lightly clouded lemon-yellow juice, with a rim of off-white. Soured, thin, lightly wheat malt sugar. Weird rocky carbonation. A little bit too much alcohol. Malts laid back and soured. Lightly lactic. Gross. Seltzer body. Meh. Thanks Steve!

On tap at the brewery, I was impressed by the crisp, clean and fresh taste of this pale lager.Mild but interesting hints of banana and citrus make this a very well crafted beverage. I feel like eyedrinkale and I are the only ones who ’get’ this... more for us then!!!!

Draft at Big Rock Chop House & Brewery.White head that quickly dissipated, no lacing, very little carbonation, transparent, and a pale yellow hue. Nose was malty and crisp.Flavor was malty, crisp and refreshing.Sightly tingly, crisp mouthfeel.Medium in body.Quaffable, easy drinking and might qualify as a decent lawnmower brew.

This draft brew from the brewery poured a small sized head of foamy finely sized white colored bubbles that were mostly diminishing and left behind a transparent softly carbonated yellow colored body and a fair lacing. The mild aroma was wheat. The mouth feel was tingly at the start and at the finish. The thick flavor contained notes of malt mild hops diacetyl and grass.

his beer is really tasty and you can taste the extra Hallertau in there. Just a great looking beer with a huge fluffy white head. Doughy and grainy and delightful.
