Aroma is slightly apple, red bright fruit, sourness,. Taste is vinegary, sour acidic- very nice. Finish, is a bit of cereal, smooth vinegar, sweetness.

On tap: Nice bretty sourness in the aroma with some faint cherry sweetness. It’s a hazy dark orange with a moderate white head. The flavor starts with some quick yeastiness and faint cherry in the background. The finish has moderate bretty lemon sourness with some faint woodiness. Very well done.

MBGF07. Hazy, light amber body with a tiny white head. The nose is green apples, apricots, light horseblanket, herbal and bread. The flavor is lightly sweet, lightly tart with pineapple, peach, cider and bread. Medium body is soft with light carbonation. Best beer of the fest.

Had this at the MBGF08. This was the standout beer of the day. I was shocked by how good this was. Vinegar on the nose as well as some nice fruit. Taste was full and delicious. Funky and rich, lots of fermented apples and maybe some pear as well. Still, nice and drinkable. This was awesome.

Thanks to mibirder for the bottle - very hazy peach-colored beer, with a fizzy lace - aroma of sour peach, muscat grapes, apple skins, some acid and light barnyardy funk - some acetone up front in the flavor is it’s one flaw, but this is quickly covered up by the other complexities of the beer - full sweetness arrives next, with apple and white grape - a mild funk and strong acidity form after that, countering the sweetness - this is a damn fine beer.
