4.1 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
12oz Bottle. Thanks Sean! Gusher! Aroma is a solid, clean, fresh pineapple Brett. Very nice, but obviously, a bit out of place. Flavors are great. Clean, rich, slightly sweet wheaty lemon, citrus oil, grapefruit, coconut, guava, and lime. A whole range of fruit-expressive wheat malt tones. I think the - Iím assuming unintentional Brett - has dried out what may have otherwise been a punishingly sweet big beer. The dextrins that are left give a great structure to support the tropical fruit flavors and play off of Brettís cottony, slightly bitter dryness. An accidental, delicious hot mess.

3.3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 12/20
Dark golden, white head, tiny carb bubbles. Cotton candy, candied fruits, not much else. Flavor is very hot, dominated by alcohol, sticky sweet in the finish. Thick viscous palate and mothfeel.

2.8 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
Bottle pours orange with an off-white head. Aroma is sweet and grainy showing notes of cinnamon, apple cider, candi sugar, and bubblegum. Flavor shows pretty much the same. Very strange.

3.6 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 17/20
12 ounce bottle with a handwritten label affixed. 13% 2010 WBC on ílabelí. Bottle thanks to my man FlandersNed. Pours a cloudy copper color with a large white head, some gushing when opened. The aroma is sweet grains and honey. The flavor is very much what Iíve experienced from wheat wines; dry rich grains, sweet honey and light spices. Full bodied and quite hot. Some citrus hops as well. Very interesting.
