355 ml can in mixed 15-pack from TBS, served cold in a tulip glass.

App.: Clear golden with a small white rim. Aroma: Wet hay, slight grass, wheat, cereal, a slightly icky, funky note, sulphur? Palate: Medium body, medium-low carbonation. Flav.: About as boring as the nose, plenty of light, nondescript malt/cereal/wheat notes, no discernible hop notes or anything else (which includes defects), minerals; dry with a slight tang and no bitterness finishing with a slightly green tea kinda note.

Oh grasshopper, you have much to learn.

Pale golden coloured body with a thin white head and nice bubbles coming from the bottom. Pleasant subdued aroma of wheat, coriander seed and a bit of spices. Medium-bodied; Nice mild wheat and yeast flavours with some other spices noticeable and a bit of a fruityness at the end. Aftertaste is a bit funky with some odd wheat coming through and no sweetness or anything else pleasant. Overall, a good beer and an interesting drink to have in the middle of winter at a Mexican restaurant in Banff!!! I sampled this beer on draught at Magpie & Stump in Banff, Alberta on 30-December-2008.

Lady_Bastet (113) - Burlington, Ontario, CANADA - APR 25, 2010
Bottle from liquor store in Whitehorse, YT. Poured yellow with minimal head and aroma. Very soft in taste and thus not a big personality. Light and refreshing yes, but easily forgettable. Hopefully Big Rock’s other brews are better than this one. Lightly hoppy with a quiet finish.

Pours a pale yellow colour, clear, with a small white head. The aroma is a little hops but quite grainy. A little sweet and then fairly bitter towards the finish. Light-bodied, smooth mouthfeel, easy to drink. Overall an average beer but alright.
