COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
At only 2 grams of carbs, Jack Rabbit has the lowest carb count of all the low carb beers currently available in Canada. A proprietary brewing process using Alberta's best 2-row barley malt significantly reduces the amount of complex sugar and other carbohydrates remaining in the beer.

can. very light-coloured pale golden with a fizzy white head. aroma is of sweet corn, grass, and vegetables. very bland though that’s exactly what I expected for this style and what it claims to be. sweet corn flavour in a lightly carbonated body. meh.

Pours very clear, pale yellow in color with zero head and big bubbles of carbonation of which are sparse at best. Aroma has a mild grainy nose and not much else. Flavor is severely lacking in this beer. It has just a faint grainy taste but it honestly tastes like water. Feeling - water. There is zero body to the beer and the lack of carbonation doesn’t help. Seltzer water has more body than this. I understand the market for this beer and why they make it but seriously, why? There really are no off flavor or aromas since there isn’t anything there. Why drink beer if this is what your stuck with? Blah.

341mL bottle poured pale straw color with very small white head settling to no lacing. Aroma is cheap grain. Taste is lightly sweet with a cheap hop bitterness in the finish. Not even good for a light beer.

341 ml bottle from Premier Wine and Spirits. Pours a clear light golden yellow with small white head. Weak aroma with some skunky grains and honey. Taste is corny grains and a little honeyishness. Quite thin. Ugh.

ooold review from 2006. Why did I drink this? Invisible pour - I’m looking what appears to be an empty glass. Smells like almost nothing, light corn and cereal. The taste is almost less - grain, water, corn... all of this I am imagining. At least there is no rankness here. Emptiest finish in history. Drink drano instead so I can be entertained by your agonizing death.

This is another clunker I have smapled. I didn’t get thru it as it was lifeless in my glass. Do not buy this!

355 ml can. Calgary, AB, Canada.
Light yellow colour with small white head. Mild sweet malty aroma. Flavour is weak. Some maltiness, maybe? Almost no flavour. Thin. Quite useless brew.

Yay another fad beer. Surprised they haven’t flooded the market with a low-carb lime offering :(. Clear yellow pour with a bubbly white head. Aroma is honey, and grains. Taste is very bland, watery, with a hint of sweet malts and grains.

I just found my tasting notes for this from about 5 years ago. It says "very wheat like nose with extremely light wheat flavour that covers the mouth. Finish is more wheat. Is this a wheat beer?" 6/10. Wow....I wish I remembered that experience.

Standard pour. Unsurprising light aroma. Slight skunked flavor with elements of corn. Basic by all standards.

I would say that this is good for those of us trying to cut down, but it really doesn’t taste very good. It’s kind of like a watered down Grasshopper with a bit of skunk and a lot less flavor. Better go with a godd beer like Grasshopper from Big Rock.
