One that I had forgotten-- found again while re-arranging my fridge in preparation for some new additions to my beloved hoard. Amber brown (somewhere between Trad and Hog) with an eggshell head that demonstrates surprising retention as a thin cap. Pleasing toffee aroma. Flavour of sponge toffee and mild bitter hops. Actually quite good!

Sampled at Banff film and T.V. fest in 2007. Poured an off brown with thin head. Aroma was subtle in hop profile and perhaps more notable in malts. Taste was pleasingly bitter but not all that balanced. A reasonable brew but I wonder if this was a true one-off or simply a re-labelled bottle of their established P.A.?
