snoot (277), Anaheim, California, USA Sep 6, 2003 No discernable hops, very mild and unoffensive. A good session ale, but that's about it. amx83 (27), Brampton, Ontario, Canada Sep 6, 2003 Decent and and average appearance, but this one goes down easy andhas just enough flavour to make you enjoy it. A good beer that I would purchase again. OlJuntan64 (1267), Perth, Australia Aug 12, 2003 Medium amber clear with a small white head. Aroma is slightly stale malt and hops reminiscent of many a typical english ale. Medium to soft body. Uncomplicated yet reasonably well balanced malt and bitter flavours. Mild to bland, slightly more bitter, less sweet finish.
jerc (3861), Toronto, Ontario, Canada Aug 11, 2003 TFOB. Dark amber colour, little head slightly sweet and malty. Could use a good amount of more hops. Kåstå (1149), Mol, Belgium Aug 10, 2003 Light amber coloured beer with no head.Weak aroma. Light malty and bitter taste. A very basic ale. wnp22 (682), Toronto (Roncesvalles Village), Ontario, Canada Aug 10, 2003 Tasted at TFOB. Weak tasting ale. Low bitterness level, but even so, little or no malt balance. NectarFarm (128), Calgary, Canada Aug 8, 2003 brown with reddish tinge. slight sweet malt with a hint of caramel. nothing interesting really. boring big rock ale. GregClow (2493), Toronto, Ontario, Canada Jul 20, 2003 Toasted orange-brown colour. Mellow malt aroma, and a nutty/fruity malt flavour. Enough hops in the finish for you to notice them, but not enough to get very excited about. An average session ale.
