Sep 3, 2001 What a misnomer ’Traditional’ is...it could be taken to mean standard, boring, run-of-the-mill, and Traditional is none of these. There’s nothing like a Trad after working outside on a hot Albertan afternoon. Tastes best with friends.

Dec 7, 2003 My dad brought me a bottle of this when he returned from a recent business trip.
Pretty good pick considering the fact that he doesn't drink. This is what I'd call a "salt of the earth" type of beer. A very solid beer. Very little to complain about. I mean...it's got a great balance of malt and hops. It's a pretty beer. Very clean tasting. Sure...it doesn't have all the "bells and whistles" of some Belgian beers or Imperial Stouts. But this is a solid beer. This is my definition of a terrific "every day" beer!
