COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
XO Lager is our recipe for a 165 year old pilsner beer style. It has a creamy head and a crisp clean finish. XO's soft delicious balance is accomplished by using Saaz hops from the Czech Republic, one of the most 'noble' hops in the world. The name XO signifies the extra time left to age in our lagering cellars.

341 ml can. Pale yellow colour with a mostly diminishing creamy and fizzy white head. Grainy, corn, and yeasty aroma. Corn, grainy, and dirty yeast flavour that I pick up in most Big Rock beers. Light bodied, fizzy and lightly oily mouthfeel. Poor - and even worse when you consider the Corona Light I had after this was better.

(Bottle) Courtesy of Oakes. Pours a thin, white, dissipating head with a highly-carbonated golden body. I cannot mix words, this sucks. Pure creamed corn malt flavour with a grainy nose. Not to my liking. Not very good. Other seem to agree.
