12 fl. oz. bottle courtesy of Eyrish. Hueless darkest brown, fading beige head. Aroma of coffee beans and roasted chocolate malt. Bittersweet roasted dark malt taste, lots of coffee and some chocolate. Soft carbonation, body is a bit thin, lightly hopped. Pretty solid, but I won’t be moving to Montana soon. Yippee-Ty-O-Ty-Ay. 4.1 AROMA 10/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 17/20
Serving: from bottle--purchased at Full Throttle Bottles.
Aroma: moderate, chocolate/coffee aroma.
Appearance: very small, light-brown, initial head that instantly disappeared. No lacing and fully diminishing longevity. Dark, reddish-brown body.
Taste: light chocolate/coffee initial flavor and lightly acidic and roasty finish with long duration.
Palate: medium bodied with dry texture and lively carbonation.
Overall: this is an outstanding porter. Great aroma with a flavor to match. I’d like to try it from the tap.

Bottle. Dark chestnut with a small, dark beige head. Really malty with some chocolate and slightly sour in the finish. A little thin but nice.
