3.2 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
From bottle to tulip. This one is more on the citrus side than the pine side. The pine aroma is certainly there, but citrus is also present. Dark copper color with chunky white head. Bitter taste, but there is some lingering malt sweetness. Overall, great. I like it.

3.7 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Poured into a pint glass.
4.0 A: Clear orange amber color. Two fingers of frothy beige head. Retention is pretty good and a finger sized ring of lacing is left.
4.5 S: Rich and malty IPA. Boatloads of caramel, some toastiness, and a solid neutral sweetness. Herbal and flowery hops. Smells wonderful.
4.0 T: Taste is like it smells. Malts are more in charge than the hops. Lots of caramel followed by toastiness and a light fruitiness. Hop flavor is herbal, flowery, and a touch citrusy.
3.5 M: Medium body. Good moderate carbonation. Could be creamier, but okay. Super smooth.
4.0 D: Well crafted, malty IPA.

4 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 16/20
Poured from a bottle, San Diego. Smells of malt and hops. Dark, reddish-amber color with a nice head. Very hoppy, but rich and complex in flavor without being overpoweringly hop-heavy. Tastes piney. Very tasty! Great beer.

35,5 cl bottle @ hotel room, Portland
Aroma is sweetish with bready malt, some hops and resin. Flavour is rather strong on alcohol. Also some bready malt, caramel and resin. Too much alcohol here, might work if enjoyed cold.

Golden with plenty of light tan head. Moderate carbonation. Smells of citrusy hops and a little bread. Taste is full of bread and citrus hops, same in the finish. Wet on the tongue and a long, refreshing finish. Great beer.

Can from SHIG. thanks shawn! Unfortunately, this can was very old. It tasted really bad. no hops, all grain, carboard, and stewed corn. will have to make it to missoula and try it fresh.

3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Can (355 ml). Thanks to Preismj! Clear pale amber with a huge frothy but mostly diminishing off-white head. Beautiful lacing. Nose is hoppy. Aroma of pine, citrus, malt. Taste is medium sweet with pine, slight citrus and a malty presence. Mouthfeel is dry. Medium to long lasting bitter finish. Slightly above average IPA.
