COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This big, rich IPA features Simcoe hops which give it both a fruity, piney hop nose and a clean, ringing bitterness. IN-between, the malt flavor is slightly caramel for a touch of malt sweetness. This IPA is well-balanced and very expressive with hops.

Clear copper, frothy beige head sticks. Aroma of sweet citrus and bitter resinous hops. Taste leans toward bitter but has thick malt to balance. Nice smooth texture. Well done.

illidurit (1274) - Santa Cruz, California, USA - APR 27, 2010
12 ounce bottle poured into a pint glass. Clear light amber color with a creamy tan head. Aroma is floral and slightly tropical hops with a caramel underpinning. Flavor is similar, big doses of caramel and crystal maltiness with a lighter citric hoppiness. Tends toward soapiness with warmth. Medium astringency, modest bitterness, watery finish, medium mouthfeel and carbonation. Okay at best.

Rich amber color. Average head. Modest aroma and initial taste, but hop bitterness lingered well.

Soonah (1120) - Tulsa, Oklahoma, USA - APR 12, 2010
Poured copper and clear with a white head and average lacing. The aroma was a nice rush of citrus hops over sweet malts and some floral hops. The flavor found a nice balance between citrus hops and malty sweetness. Light in body and easy to drink. Pretty good for what it is.

Aroma had grass, earthy overtones, with a hint of clove and spruce, with a dough, somewhat alcohol undertone. Taste is mild bitter with a hint of sweetness and sour. Apperance is a light rust, orange color with a slightly off white, mild head. The palate is lightly, slick with a moderately bitter finish.
