COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This big, rich IPA features Simcoe hops which give it both a fruity, piney hop nose and a clean, ringing bitterness. IN-between, the malt flavor is slightly caramel for a touch of malt sweetness. This IPA is well-balanced and very expressive with hops.

Bottle. Poured golden amber with an off-white head. Aroma is hoppy with citrus notes. A nice piney and citrus hop flavor. I quite enjoyed this one.

This was a great surprise. I am a fan of Moose Drool. This is even better. IPA’s are becoming my favorite beer. This beer has fantastic citrusy hops. They linger on the palate much longer than most other IPAs I’ve had. The hops start off with a strong lemonzest note but turn to apricot or maybe slight peach to linger on the palate. This is delicious and I will be drinking it all summer long.

Pours copper.Aroma is lots of piney, citrusy hops. Flavor is lots of hops and a nice bit of malty sweetness. Not quite balanced, but a very good IPA.

Another "more for the sake of more" IPA. Pours amber with a medium head and heavy lacing. Aroma is sharp pine and not much else. Flavor is overwhelmingly hoppy, and the thin caramel malts below simply don’t stand a chance. Very unbalanced. Some lemon zest in there as well. Plays nicely in the back of the palate and into the sinuses, may have a medicinal quality due to this. Hides ABV well, no alcohol noted. I’ve grown weary of this variety of beer.

Bottle. Pours a clear copper hued amber with a large foamy off-white head, leaves rings of foamy lacing down the glass. Flowery, piney hops aroma. Flavor is stale cardboardy malt with a piney hops finish. Light bodied. Lacks body, watery. Mild lingering bitterness. 7 4 5 2

Lots of pine, fruit, light wood and spice. Fair amount of malt. Leans to moderately bitter with long resiny finish. Excellent IPA.

A strong aroma, that from pour could be espoused in quite a diameter, with beautiful one inch lacing. Beautiful translucent copper colour. Fruity aroma, with a moderate blend of hops, which at times can be quite distinctive and powerful. I found these beer both aesthetically and tastefully pleasing. Next time I am buying a six pack.

Copper pour with white head. Nice hoppy aroma. Nice hoppy taste-spicy notes. Some dryness at the end. Leaves a nice malt flavor. Nice lacing
