2.9 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Appearance: pours a 1" fluffy white head that recedes quickly. Light lacing. Moderate carbonation streaming. Color is a somewhat cloudy yellow-gold
Aroma: fresh grassy wheat, lightly toasted barley, clean water, yeasty white bread
Mouthfeel: light and watery with a dry finish
Flavor: buttery white rolls, grassy wheat, some surprising bitter citrus hop flavor in the middle and finish.

2.9 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20
This was poured into a pint glass.
The appearance was a nice clear golden yellow color with a one finger white foamy head that dissipates within about a minute. Thereís not really any lacing.
The smell had a good combination of sweet citrus hops to sweet caramel malts. Thereís even a small dose of honey.
The taste had a nice sweetness all around. There isnít an aftertaste but it has dry finish.
On the palate, this one sits about a light on the body. Thereís a decent sessionability about it.
Overall, well itís a pretty good beer. There just isnít much with the wheat. Still, this one shows itís worth in the Summer months.

2.8 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
Eh not much going on here. Astrigent and tart metallic wheat flavor and aroma. Looks decent and has a decent body but that metallic component lingers. Not a bad beer I guess but definitely not very good either.

3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
As I try the second for the evening, Iíll agree that you could knock down a respectable number of Trout Slayers in an evening. It has just enough hops to provide a pleasant aroma, lightweight bite on the tongue and dry finish.

UPDATED: MAY 28, 2014 Pours golden straw with off white head. Aroma is more hoppy than malty but its still present. Taste is the same, with a little bite of carbonation in the finish. Not bad, quite refreshing

2.5 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 9/20
Pours golden white head. Smell is slightly tart metallic wheat malt. Taste is odd. Lightly wheat, heavily metallic, hint sourness thin flavor. Not a quality beer in my opinion. Decent body and carbonation. One time buy.

2.9 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 1/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Quite disappoiting overall with a clearly flitered appearance and a light frothy off white head. The nose is lightly floral and a bit perfumey. The nose is so short and unimpressive. A bit malty but not even caramel malts on the middle. The finish has no bitterness but a slight grassy and spicy noble hop. Overall, a good brew but nothing impressive.

2.9 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
A- Wheat, subtle spices, subtle lemon.
A- Golden color, clear liquid, white head.
T- Wheat, grains, malty, subtle spice, slight lemon and citrus notes.
P- Light body, average texture, average carbonation, abrupt finish.
O- Just a standard wheat ale. Nothing really going on for it. I wouldnít turn it down but I wouldnít avidly seek it out either. It would be fine to drink on a hot summer day, but just sort of bland to be quite honest. I think it would be better unfiltered.
