Oakes (12552) - Vancouver, British Columbia, CANADA - MAR 18, 2002
Bright orangey-brown; malty, demerara-like flavours, some toffee but overall a rather light effort for a winter ale. Other than some fleeting tosaty chocolate notes there is nothing to balance the sweetness, either, which doesn’t help matters.
