From a 12 fl oz / 355mL bottle into a tasting glass.
Aroma: Sweet malts, and lots of spices! There’s definitely some ginger in this.
Appearance: Translucent yellow / orange.
Taste: Very nice, full of spice and a slight citrusy kiss.
Palate: Nice body, longer-than-short finish.
Overall: Had this beer at a tasting, and more than a few people weren’t too crazy about it. I really liked it though; it has a really nice spiciness that I enjoyed a lot.

Light-copper colored, with a slight amount of haze and a nice frothy off-white head that lingers. Bold malty aroma with notes of spice and a floral bouquet. Medium-full bodied, average carbonation, and a lingering finish. Emphasis on sweet and malty with nice balancing hop flavor. Doesn’t finish dry, but dry and bitter enough to balance the sweetness of the malt and invite another sip. Warm and inviting beer. Unique.
