Labelled as 406 Saison. Poured into my Maudite glass, with many thanks to javit. God I love new Saisons! Pours cloudy electric yellow, with a very thick and pillowy white head, and gorgeous lacing. A rare 5 for appearance? A rare 5 for appearance! Nose is salty lemon, with a rather Dupont-esque yeast note, some seaweed and malt here too... Flavours are like lemon meringue pie. Seriously! So much lemon, coupled with the sugary yeast esters, it’s the first thing I thought of. Lovely flavour to this brew. A very little known, very nicely made Saison!

hazy golden color with lasting white head. Mild aroma is of dry spices, straw, earthy hops. medium bodied. Dry spice, dusty malt, grassy flavors---not bad

Tap @ Hamiltons. Pours a hazy straw yellow with a small white head. Nose held light citrus, banana, and baking spices.

On tap. Pours with a clear golden yellow body and a large, long lasting foamy white head. Great lacing. Aroma is peppery with notes of pear, bread, grassy and spicy hops. Flavor is bitter some tropical fruit notes, grassy and very grainy. Some spicy candi sugar and Ginger notes. Lively bubbles and very dry. Very nice saison.

Pours cloudy yellow with a rich white head and a sweet yeasty aroma. There is a fruity carbonated flavor, slightly funky from age, but still pretty good.

Bottle shared by Marcus. Pours dishwater dark gold with a foamy 4 finger white head. Medium body with lightly foamy carbonation. It’s heavy funky/peppery - not light and fruity. It is funky- made me think of Odonata Saison. Funk!

Found a 6-pack of this in a gas station in Hot Springs surprisingly. Hazy pale yellow, huge foamy white head continues to build. Aroma of banana, clove, mildly tart. Taste has some husky bitterness along with light citrus and yeast spice. Good crisp beer but nothing crazy.

UPDATED: MAY 7, 2010 Twelve ounce bottle from the Good Food Store in Missoula. Pours a cloudy golden color, with a nice white head. Has a 6.3% alcohol level. It’s light and fruity nose with all kinds of great Belgian yeast esters. It is a nice light-bodied beer with good balance. A decent Saison brew. Thumbs up.
