16-oz aluma-bottle. Pours beautiful copper color with a white head that’s not huge but still stands up. Super pine-y, almost resin-y nose. George Brett’s nemesis, if you will. Big toasty malt on the attack, followed by a crisp, slightly bitter citric finish. Medium bodied with very agreeable carbonation. In every way a great session beer, except that it’s not dinstinctive enough to be really memorable.

Pours a clear gold with a foamy head that quickly fizzles out. Some nice floral scents stand out on the nose. It follows with nice balance of malt & hop. A solid & smooth brew. I’m a fan

In a can from Beer Masons. A good sessionable pale ale in the true American style. Not as hop driven as some West Coast styles but I enjoyed it none the less. Wish i could easily get more of this.

Originally reviewed: 5/15/09. Pours a goldish yellow with a large sticky white head on top. Excellent retention and beautiful lacing all over the glass. Smells like an IPA. Huge citrus and piney nose. Nice.
Mouthfeel is firm and crisp. Flavor is muted and tame. Does not follow the nose. No citrus or piney hop presence, rather there is a dry, husky, grainy flavor. It’s pleasant, but nothing special. Not too bad.

Can. Translucent orange yellow pour. Aroma is sweet. Includes dried papaya. Taste starts bitter, but a malty sweetness comes through in the finish. High level of carbonation in this beer.

355ml bottle pours a golden color with a small white head that leaves a few spots of lacing on the glass. Aroma is light caramel and light floral hops. Taste is light caramel malty sweetness with some cereal grains and a mild hop bitterness that finishes quite clean on the palate. A pretty decent pale ale that is worth a try.
