750mL bottle, courtesy of acrdz. Thanks, Mike! Dark orange, fizzy white head. Nose held notes of artificial cherry and toasted caramel. Alcohol and sugary fake cherry flavor beat you to oblivion. Medium bodied, fizzy carbonation, harsh fruity finish. Ain’t nothing smoove about it….

750mL bottle, courtesy of RiversideAK? Pour is an offwhite, reddish hued liquid with fizzy whiteness bubbling off, taste is kind of lacking, with a dry finish... kind of weak in the taste, however I’m not getting the alcohol that others are.

Pours clear red-brown with a thin white head. Not much in the way of cherries in either the aroma or the taste. This one is better on paper than in reality.

750ml Bottle (2008 Vintage, #660 of 2028): Odd aroma of yeast, light funk, light cherry, grains of paradise, and dough. Poured copper/amber in color with a small to medium-sized, loose, tan/pink-hued head that diminished but lasted throughout. Cloudy. Sparkling. Flavor is lightly sweet. Tastes of yeast, grains of paradise, slight cherry, light alcohol, and light wood. Medium body. Lightly sticky texture. Average to lively carbonation. Yeast and grains of paradise finish is lightly sticky.

Skyview (5269) - Papoose Jct, Minnesota, USA - SEP 27, 2008
The 2007 vintage on draught at the Stub & Herb’s in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Pours a clear copper amber brew with a fast dissolving off-white head that dissipates clean with no ring or any lacing. Aroma of light berry, golden grain malt with some caramel malt, some fruit punch, with a touch of apple and pear. Taste is medium to full bodied, lightly carbonated with flavors of mostly alcohol, some golden grain and multi-grain malt, a touch of cherry and fruit punch flavors and a hint of medicinal herbs. Finish is semi-dry with a mild alcohol burn aftertaste that slowly disappears. Smoove or Smooth? Na-Ta. Drop the alcohol a wee bit and we’ll talk smooth.

2008 bottle thanks to rollinhard. The color is red, clear look, and has an off white head. The taste is sweet, malty, candy, very off. The smell is fruits, not that great, and sweet.

pricey 750ml bottle from holiday shared with dalekliz last rating of 2009. Pours dark red with a tan head Nose slightly cherry. taste is weirdly like fruit punch beer, can’t dig it.

KAggie97 (3529) - Ugly, Hot, and Humid Spring, Texas, USA - MAR 19, 2010
Pours a cloudy, medium-toned beige with an aroma of candy-sweet cherry lozenge and oaky smoke. Flavor is cloyingly sweet dull cherry juice. Thick and gelatinous on the tongue. Sweet, gelatinous, and confusing.
