2.7 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
The color of this beer is a slightly hazy golden with a medium white head that fades at a medium pace, and the aroma smells like bread malts, yeast, and a touch of honey. The taste is mildly sour and a touch sweet, which isn’t that much of a balance, and the palate combines a medium body, soft carbonation, and a sour finish.

The honey is there and considering the brewery, I suppose its good that the level of sweetness didn’t get out of hand... Light and sweet, but lacking a distinguishing feature that might set this apart from other honey-based beers. Hops are understated, unfortunately, as some balance might have been achieved with their addition.
