Bottle. Poured clear pale color with an average white frothy head that mostly lasted with good lacing. Moderate floral hop and honey aroma. Medium body with a smooth texture and soft carbonation. Medium sweet flavor with a medium sweet finish of moderate duration. Soft drinkable brew.

Under the cap – “If yer gonna be stoopid, ya gotta be tough!” This brew poured up a clear golden body with a one-finger head (from a somewhat vigorous pour). Retention was minimal reducing down to a bubbly film on top with minimal lacing effects. Smell- Lots of sweet honey and spices throughout. Served ‘fridge-cold’. Scents and flavors of honey (duh!) and various spices and very little detection of hops or malts throughout.

Usually, referring to something as "adequate" is a bit of a back-handed compliment. In this case, i mean in a sincerity that it is perfectly adequate for it’s intended role, which I assume is to be a tasty summer quencher. I wouldn’t necessarily go out of my way yo get it again, but I wouldn’t turn one down if offered.

Really boring and unnecessary "summer" beer. It is just muddled un-thought out garbage.

Pours almost brown. With A slight head. Sweet dull aroma. Malt and dull. Very dry with A dull malty flavour. Pretty disappointing.

Bottle, thanks to Cole. Pours clear golden, with a thin white head, weak lacing. Nose is sour honey, malt, light spice. Flavours of honey, cardboard, really intensely boring.

Dark yellow, clear, good carbonation. Aroma is of mild flowers with a malty and a finish that has a slight ’Bit O Honey’ candy flavor.

12oz bottle from Pick’s poured into a shaker. Pours a sparkling clear, urine colored yellow. Kinda like apple juice. Almost nonexistent bright white head that disappears in an instant. Aroma is slightly sweet malt with a strong scent of honey and a slight sent of rotting garbage. Taste is lightly bitter and medium-heavy sour. Thin bodied with a thin oily texture. Fizzy carbonation and an abrupt bitter finish. Overall, this beer is not very good. Way too sour in my opinion for a honey beer. This is probably the worst beer Big Sky offers. Save yourself the time and money and buy literally anything else from this brewery.

Certainly drinkable but nothing about it stands out. Very light citrus aroma. A bit of malt flavor and some sweetness but that’s about it.
