Poured into a shaker. This beer was just okay. Nothing special about it. I got it as part of a variety pack and would not buy again. Not the best I have had from big sky.

bottle shared with my pal, hazy orangish pour with barely any head, funky fruit aroma, taste is weird, malty citrus, honey, doesn’t seem to play well together, meh

12 oz. bottle served in shaker- poured a non transparent yellow color liquid with a faint shade of orange, medium carbonation, white ring around the glass for a head after the carbonation destoryed a finger layer. Aroma of grass, some hops, and rotting beehives- ugh. Hits the mouth with a light body, malt tastes like it was partly wheat, honey throughout the tasting, middle holds up, finish is a little watery. It’s ok- just kind of same ’ol same ’ol.

Pours gold with white head. Smell is muted honey and malt sweetness that gets stronger as it warms. Taste is pretty much crisp malt and honey. Easy drinking but perhaps a bit too much on the honey flavor.

On tap, Land of Magic, Logan MT. Pours a transparent golden color. Aroma is very light corn, wheat. Taste is on the sweeter side, very light body with a taste that is light as well. Ok beer, but nothing that makes a statement. Seems like a common theme with montana craft beers.

Appearance: pours a thick eggshell sudsy head that recedes fairly quickly. Moderate lacing. Color is a cloudy gold with some sediment in suspension. Aroma: there is a smell of something akin to soap, along with white yeast rolls, and a hint of hop spice Mouthfeel: light, thin, and watery with a somewhat dry finish. Flavor: lightly roasted sweet malts, honey, lemon, and a slight soapy flavor in the middle and finish. Overall: this a decent, light, refreshing summer beer. Not outstanding, but good nonetheless.

Draught. Pours a hazy dark golden color with a pretty small white head on it. Nose was wheaty to me, but devoid of much complexity, I found. Taste was slightly sweet, but relatively bland. Certainly not one of the better ones from Big Sky.

EtTuCthulhu (1072) - Columbia, Missouri, USA - JUN 8, 2013
The color of this beer is a slightly hazy golden with a medium white head that fades at a medium pace, and the aroma smells like bread malts, yeast, and a touch of honey. The taste is mildly sour and a touch sweet, which isn’t that much of a balance, and the palate combines a medium body, soft carbonation, and a sour finish.

Brouwerij (930) - Boulder, Colorado, USA - JUN 6, 2013
Bottle, pours a clear golden copper with rapidly dissipating white head, no lacing. Aroma is sweet, honey. mildly bitter. Flavor is sweet, honey, and floral up front, with a slightly bitter finish and mildly sweet aftertaste. Not a whole lot of hops coming out. Moderate carbonation, medium body, juicy. A sweet, honey beer, drinkable.
