355ml bottle from The Beer Cellar. Pours a hazy honey amber colour with a level layer of white foam. Aromas are fruity and sweet with some floral notes also creeping in. Flavour is good with a clean sweet finish.

Old review. Single bottle. Decent aroma, no body--light malt. Hops come in late making for a lingering, piney finish. Underwhelming.

The honey is there and considering the brewery, I suppose its good that the level of sweetness didnít get out of hand... Light and sweet, but lacking a distinguishing feature that might set this apart from other honey-based beers. Hops are understated, unfortunately, as some balance might have been achieved with their addition.

Bottled. Poured crystal-clear honeyed golden with a short white head. The aroma picked up sweet honey and lightly-toasted grains with salty lemon and floral accents. The flavor found honey and light, grainy bready notes at the core, with grass and lemony bitterness around.. finished dry and grainy over a kiss of honey. Light-bodied and dry on the palate, with enough tanginess to keep it engaging.. very drinkable stuff.

Pours a semi-clear amber color with a slight but fast diminishing head. Scent is sweet with wheat and hints of honey. Taste is light, refreshing, and smooth. The texture is decent for a summer beer, but could perhaps still be a bit thicker. The taste is sweet with malts and honey. For a summer beer, itís not to bad but Big Sky does have better made beers on the market.

Meh. Not much to this one. Not that blondes are supposed to be extravaggant. Get some spice in the aroma with some cardboard. Taste is straw but has some soapiness that throws it off. Finish I do actually get a little bit of lingering honey.
