Full flavored, lightly spritzing. Honey flavor. Light cereal undertones, resiny lingering mouth feel.

bottle. Golden with small head. Lightly sweet with honey, not much in the way of malt or hops. OK, but nothing more than that.

This beer pours a dark golden color with a smaller white head that didn’t leave much lacing around the glass. The aroma was floral, citrusy, and slight amount of honey. The taste is very citrusy to me, almost like some coriander in there too. The honey is more prevalent as the beer warms up. The mouth feel is on the lighter side here. Not a bad beer and worth a try.

Sample from 355 ml. bottle. Deeper golden colour with a medium sized, white head. Sweet aroma with fruits, honey, caramel malts and floral hops. Taste is sweet. Light to medium body. Finishes neatly bitter with floral hops. Pleasant.

Pours a dark yellow with very little head. Plenty of carbonation bubbles up from the bottom of the glass. Very faint notes of honey in the aroma, but unfortunately there is a metallic smell as well. Taste is nothing special, kind of bitter with that prototypical Big Sky finish. Was hoping for more honey in the palate but no such luck. Very disappointed. Only Moose Drool is worth checking out from this brewer.

Reviewed 06/05/10 Poured from bottle to standard pint glass. A: Light yellow straw. Barely any bubbles. S: Honey notes accented by low hopping. T: Floral with low honey flavor. Touch of sourness. M: Light mouthfeel. Moderate carbonation. D: No real appeal here. Much better summer ales available. Serving type: bottle 12-20-2010

Poured from a 12 ounce bottle, thanks goes to Ed for this one. The aroma is sweet honey, pilsner malt. The flavor is herbal, earthy, sweet malts, honey, slight cardboard. Not bad probably better in the heat of summer, not when it is 10 degrees outside. Still a tasty beer.
