COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Our Northern Rockies Winter Warmer ale is a new take on the Old Ale style. Brewed with a blend of different malts, hops, and spices, this malt-centric beer is then fermented with brettanomyces, a truly one of a kind yeast strain. This special, very limited beer will draw you in with it’s luscious, bready flavors and aromas, hints of spice and a wide range of esters from the classic brett yeast. A perfect ending to all your New Year’s resolutions.
Spiced with vanilla bean, ginger and cinnamon.

Doesn’t have much brett in it. It tastes like your generic holiday spice ale. Not bad.

Sampled at the brewery. Pours clear amber with a thin beige head. Aroma of caramel, spicy hops. Taste is nice and graham-crackery, mild spice, mild hop. I am not 100% that this actually does have spices in it. I am unable to find any info on it.
