On draft at Binny’s Southloop. Aroma is sweet, cloying, lots of cereal. Flavor follows, sugary breakfast cereal, cloying, a bit yeasty, a substandard wit.

On tap at the brewery. This hazy yellow beer poured with a generaour white head and a banana aroma. It’s a standard witbier - refreshing, with banana esters, coriander and orange peel. Sort of watery, but drinkable.

Aroma: Nice light Belgian yeast and wheat malt aroma.
Appearance: Light straw in color, Slight haze with a light head.
Flavor: Nice wheat malt and Belgians yeast flavors. This was light and refreshing.
Palate: Dry Finish, with a Good Mouthfeel.
Overall: This would be a perfect hot day brew. Very light and tasty with some light fruitiness.
