On cask at brewery. Hazy amber with good head. Big bready malts with a smooth bittering finish. Mild citrus hops.

Draft at Big Time. Pours a hazy medium amber with lots of vigorous carb and a towering, creamy tan head that’s just uneven enough to look natural. Took the barkeep a while to get the pour topped up--nice rich-looking body. Mild sweet floral and almost grassy hop nose, a little light fruit and some sweet malt. Creamy medium body, vigorous carb. Rich toasty caramel mid palate with nice bright clean lightly fruity and floral hops. Good leafy, nutty organic malt notes. A very approachable and easy drinking organic APA. Would come back for more.

Draft 12/09. Way too sweet, full of residual sugar. Tends to be how Big Time brews go. Crisp hops on the nose with some remaining to flavor but overall too unbalanced.

Hazy dark straw. Pale malt aroma with a little bit of grain. Quite sweet for a pale ale, with lots of unresolved malt, almost like a malta. Faint hop character generally fails to impose itself in a meaningful way.

Clear amber color/ white head. Nice biscuit malt aromas, with mild spice and floral hops. medium body. Biscuit, grainy malt flavors with a touch of floral hops. easy drinking.

Big Time’s latest creation. Orange-amber with a hop pocked head. Nice, but mild citrusy hop aroma and similar flavor. Easy-going, well-balanced, tasty session APA. Nicely done.
