The latest new offering from Big Time. Orange-tangy appearance with minimal head. This beer was a tad undercarbonated for the style, but was otherwise a top notch interpretation. Citrusy aroma with touch of wheat and piquant, light banana, smoothed out by a soupcon of clove. Outstanding correlation of the aroma in the flavor with a dominant orange-citrus twang, that does become a bit to sour on the palate towards the end of the glass. A lingering banana and hint of clove, along with wheatiness, shape out the rest of the flavor profile. Don’t believe I sensed coriander in this one. A nice summer brew.
