On tap at Brouwer’s Café for Big Wood ’12, pours an opaque golden orange with a small beige head. Aroma of whiskey barrels, wheat and light fruits. Flavour is very sweet and boozy, with apple and pear juice, loads of whiskey barrels, dark fruits and wheat. The light body from the wheat is still presence. Quite complex and quite whiskey-pronounced. Very boozy and sweet as well. OK, but flawed.
