COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
The Jeezum Crow is the unofficial State Bird of Vermont, but it can also be a useful expression of bewilderment, as in “Jeezum Crow, there are some hops in this beer!” And there are: Sorachi Ace in the mash, Simcoe and Amarillo liberally applied throughout the lauter and kettle-time, and then dry-hopped with Columbus in the fermenter. This beer is dedicated to the memory of Greg Noonan, whose passion and pioneering spirit showed us the way to better beer. OG 18 P, 75 BUs, 6.8% ABV.

Clear copper color/ beige head. Leafy hop, caramel aromas. Rich, smooth mouthfeel. Nice leafy, floral hop flavors on a solid caramel malt powder sweet base. very good.

Pours a dark amber with a medium white head. The aroma is sweet malts, caramel, and citrus. A rich flavor of caramel, earthy malts, lots of sweet citrus hops. Like most of Big Time’s beers it is very drinkable.

Draft at Big Time in December. Best I’ve had from them in a long time, just awesome. Small glass with deep ruby pour and puffy head. Smooth malts with mild bittering hops. Full and robust, on the spicy and brown sugar side.

12oz draft Brower’s. Hazy golden straw with off white head. Some lacing left behind. Spicy rye nose with hints of pepper also some orange in there. Dry and dusty in the front, I guess earthy may be a better way to describe it. I do still get some rye flavor the the hops are very mellow and more on the perfume side. Reminds me of other ipas that they do.
