Medium body, creamy mouthfeel. Finish is pretty dry, moderate duration. Overall: Solid, comes together well. Smooth drinking, very pleasant.

Draft at btbc. Pours black with a dense and creamy tan head that sticks around, leaving lots of lace. Big roasty nose, with bits of dark chocolate and cocoa underlying. Creamy silky medium body. Roasty, chocolatey mid palate with a long dry dark chocolate finish.

Solid stout. Chocolate and all the usual stout flavors. Very sturdy and flavorful. Quite hoppy and some woody flavors upfront.

Dark black with a thin dark tan head.
Nose is light chocolate, roast malt, touch of dark fruits, molasses, leather.
Tastes follows nose, emphasis on the dark fruits, backed up by chocolate and roast malts.
Medium bodied with soft carbonation leading to a roasty finish.

On tap. Pours a dark mahogany with rocky beige head. Roasty, chocolate and coffee aroma with heavy wood smoke backing. Light bitterness, but ends with a lingering sweetness. Full-bodied with a thick, creamy oatmeal quality. Nicely rounded.
