On tap at Big Time. Pours clear dark copper with a full sweet body and light carbonation. Citrus toffee nose. Toffee and fruit in the taste. Nice finish.

On tap at the brewery. Pours a dark copper color with a small white head. A sweet earthy hop nose. The flavor is smooth and easy; pine, sweeter citrus notes, fruity, earthy as are all of Big Time’s. Good.

Tap (a month or so ago). Dark copper appearance with small head. Sprightly mouthfeel with some sticky hops and alcohol. fruit and hops well balanced with some malts. Very fresh tasting, well done.

(Draught at GABF) cloudy orange-brown with a creamy tan head. Nose of brown sugar, sweet grain, caramel and chocolate malt. Taste of sweet toasty raisins, caramel, sharp citrus hops. Creamy with an alcohol linger.

On tap GABF ’02: Dark orange in color, mild sweet aroma. Syrupy mouthfeel and huge sweet flavor. Way too sweet if you ask me.

on tap at big time. decent enough deep amber colour. plummy and woody aroma. quite sweet and raisiny. warming but a bit cloying

Draft. Rich amber beer with a low off-white head. Low malt aroma. Sweet caramel flavor with slight chocolate/toffee. Lingering sweet malt and cotton candy. Medium bodied.

Pours a dark amber with a modest head; the aroma is candy and citrus hops. The flavor is dominated by the sweet malts, especially at first. I taste marshmellow fading into a blend of dark sugar and strong hops. While this beer goes down, it’s too sweet for my taste and really doesn’t really deliver the goods for either the 8% that it packs or given the other offerings from this brewery.

Ambber with minimal off white head. Aroma is brown sugar and malt. Quite sweet with a toffee and rich flavour. Thick, nearing syrupy, but a little too sweet for me.

On tap at Big Time. Poured amber with an off white head. Aroma was crisp, hoppy, and a small hint of lemon. Lightly bitter with medium sweetness. Body was medium and this had a bitter finish.
