Delicate, lightly malted, with the classic pilsner flavor and aroma of Czech Saaz hops. OG 12.5 plato (1.050) 4.2% by weight 5% by volume.

Czech Saaz hops just don’t do it for me--at all. This blonde colored ale is no exception with its stanky American standard flavor and unpleasantly bitter/sour finish. A yucky offering from Big Time (their worst) and a complete waste.
