Commercial Description:
A multiple medal winner in previous Great American Beer Festivals, Prime Time's delicate malt flavor and gently balanced hoppiness make it approachable to those unfamiliar with microbrewed beers, yet still has a sophistication that pleases seasoned drinkers of real ales. Prime Time Pale is brewed with Northwestern 2-row pale malt and just a touch each of English crystal and light dextrin malts. It is hopped with Yakima Chinook and Cascade in addition to German Hersbruckers.

Some grassy hops and fruity malts hit the nose. Hazy amber in appearance with very little head. Light and fruity flavor with grassy, citric and spicy hops. Crisp and spicy finish. Very juicy and delicious. A great pale ale! Thanks André.

Draught @ the brewpub. Pours a hazy golden color with a small off-white head. Has a sweetish malty hoppy aroma with some hints of citrus. Sweetish malty hoppy citrus flavor. Sweetish malty hoppy finish with some bitterness in the aftertaste.

Picked this up in a bottle from the brewery. Really great toasted malt aroma. Huge biscuit malt backbone - very toasty with lots of great, grainy components. Very light, lemony citrus notes with a slight grassy piece that is just present for a second before being swamped by the malt on the finish. Great floral hop component. Really great drink.

On tap at the brewery in U-District, Seattle, WA--Poured a hazy golden copper-amber body with an thin whitish head. Fruity, citrus and biscuit nose. With a few sips there was more of a floral hoppiness evident. Prickly carbonic alpha hoppy mouthfeel. Not too bad.

On draft at brewpub. Pours a lightly hazed golden amber, with a small but creamy off-white head. Aroma of summer fruit, toasty malts and light florals. Flavor is pleasant and fruity, with more of the floral hop character, a bit of caramel and hints of pine in the finish. Medium body and tingly carbonation. Very pleasant.
