Pours a bright yellowish golden color with a solid cap of white foam. Aroma is mostly grassy hops, citrus and malt. The taste is orange citrus and floral hops upfront followed by some toasted grain, honey and biscuit malt. The body is smooth with medium-level carbonation. The finish brings more citrus and mild honey sweetness. Should pair well with brewpub fare.

Draught at the brewpub Hazy golden color, with creamy head. Some malt and caramel, the aroma is mild, the flavor is more pronounced; the hopping is fade, without prominent aromatic characteristics; there is unfortunately a light feeling of pond water. A simple beer; the only one at the brewery that is a bit meh.

Draft at the brewpub in Seattle.
Pours a slightly cloudy pale golden yellow color with a 1.5 finger frothy white head that slowly settles into a lasting ring. Chunks of lace left behind.
Sligtly earthy aroma with subtly spicy, grassy hops that are countered by sweet fruit notes and pale malt. Hints of straw, grass, pineapple and faint lemon peel countered by bread and biscuit.
Medium bodied with a nice balance of dry, bitter hops, sweet citrus and pale malts. Grassy and dry up front but not too bitter with subtle fruit notes and a very light malt presence balancing things out. Hints of bread, biscuit and graham cracker with a sweet yet dry finish. Very easy to drink.
