3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20 5000 (4104) - Hardened Liver, Washington, USA - JAN 3, 2010
Draught @ Brouwer’s Café:   Deep amber, somewhat hazy, lively carbonation, a few rings of lacing.   Muted malty nose, subtle hop, even a little floral.   Malty tongue, smooth, soft sweetness, minor floral hoppiness.
Very well balanced.   Good combination of malts and floral bitterness.   Enjoying this one as it appears more malty than most I have had as of late.   Full bodied, somewhat thick mouthfeel.   Floral malty finish.   I
am really impressed with this one.

On tap at WABL Brew Fest 2008. Pours clear dark apricot with a lacy white head. Medium body & light carbonation. Aroma and taste of rye, earth and nuts, with a ’peachy’ quality to the taste. Semi-dry and lightly sour finish. The rye comes out in this one from start to finish.
3.3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20 BillKismet (2753) - Seattle, Washington, USA - JUN 2, 2008
Solid amber color with crisp head. Said to be hopped with Ahatnum and Simcoe, which has bit popping up a lot of recent in Big Tim brews. Moderately floral and fruity in aroma and flavor with a strong degree of bitterness that is more characteristic of a an amber.
