It’s come to be known as our fifth regular beer. A little bit bolder than the Bhagwan, with a greater depth of hop character through extensive first wort hopping. It’s got all the C hops stuff that we love, just more. O.G. 16.5, 6.4% ABV

On tap at the brewpub. Pours deep dark gold with a white head. Has a citrus flavor of grapefruit and also a very hoppy floral aroma. The best thing about the beer is its intense bitter drying finish. This is a great brewpub IPA.

Draught @ Brouwer’s Café:   Hazy amber, a little dirty, moderate to large batter like head, off-white, very nice lacing.   Very soft hop nose, a little muted.   A little dank in fact.   On the tongue it is more flavorful than the nose suggests.   Wonderful bitterness, balanced with.   A nice malty sweetness.   Resiny without the acidity, which I like.   Lingers for quite a while after the finish.   This is one of my local favorites, especially on cask.   Decent body, almost creamy mouthfeel.   Had it been on cask it would be a different story.   Good solid IPA.

Faint aroma of hops, light grapefruit, and a hint of caramel malts. Poured orange/amber in color with a medium to large sized, rocky, off-white head that lasted throughout. Cloudy. Very sparkling. Full of tiny particles throughout. Excellent lacing. Flavor is light to medium bitter and lightly sweet. Tastes of hops, light caramel malts, light Earth, slight grapefruit and a hint of resin. Medium body. Tingly, then lightly dry texture. Average carbonation. Hoppy, light resin finish is lightly dry.

Tap at the brewpub. Pours a nice golden orange with a thin off white head. Nice earthy hop profile, medium malt backing. Pretty nice IPA.

Growler... Mostly clear golden ale with a small, fizzy, white head. Musky, earthy aroma puts forth notes of oak, cat pee and resin. Medium-bodied with nearly expired carbonation. Leans heavily toward the bitter side of balance. Earthy and oaken. Finishes bitter and astringent. Thanks to after4ever for providing the growler!

Shaker Pint draft at the Brewery. Pour is cloudy orange copper with a minimal off white head. Moderate lacing. Served pretty cold, as it warmed, opened up with aroma of fresh, dank resin citrus and pine hop bitterness. Fair amount of toasty malt in there too. Nicely balanced. Taste is fresh hop bitter goodness. The citrus (grapefruit and orange), resin and pine all play together nicely. The malt is there to provide a stable backbone. Fresh and tasty. Palate thin to medium, drying, crisp clean and very drinkable.

Draft at Collins. Murky medium amber with golden highlights. Dense, creamy tan head. Nice big floral grapefruit nose, sweet and sticky icky. Lots of floaties in there. Creamy medium body with lots of good hop oils, doughy malts, and fruity hops. Yum.

Fresh grassy hop nose, gold color. Sweet end that bursts into a broad, complex hop bitter that fills the mouth. Fresh hp crescendo after swallow. Good balance.
